Crusaders Tame Scorpions, Post Dual 4-1 Wins
The Crusders travelled to the Scorpions den and came away basically unscathed, posting two 4-1 wins against rival Las Vegas Day School.
Kenny, Gray and Stephen each posted wins in singles for the Boys team, the latter two nabbing 6-0 wins while Kenny was a 6-2 winner playing #1 for the day. Mason and Stanley played their best match of the season so far, winning 6-0 at 1st doubles, and our sixth grade tandem of Arnav and Isaiah played super tough but dropped a 7-5 decision to the Scorpions. Isaiah and Arnav are fairly new to the game but have a great attitide and have improved so much over the course of the season. We look forward to watching them as the years go on.
Arriana posted a win at #1 singles for the girls, Kailee added a win at third singles, overcoming some early nerves to play an excellent set. Eleni/Adrianna and Mia/Brooklyn each posted solid wins in doubles, while Rachel and Madison ended up playing an LVDS Boys doubles team in a Bonus match, and having some nice points in that encounter.
With these two wins the Girls remain in first place in the RRAC while the Boys are second, and both teams are on pace to qualify for the RRAC Championship Match to end the season.
